One of my favorite things about crocheting is creating functional yet still decorative pieces, and trivets are absolutely one of the best ways to do that.

Trivets are used to protect surfaces from hot items, like a hot pan or pot! They are made using a durable macrame that keeps your countertops safe and are available in a variety of sweet spring hues. 1️⃣ I’ve been crocheting since I taught myself in 2021! By far my favorite thing to make is chickens🌟

2️⃣ I’m a senior in high school, and am attending Texas A&M in the fall to study forensic science & entomology! (yes, that is the study of bugs)

3️⃣ When I’m not crocheting, you’ll probably find me swimming or at church!

4️⃣ I’m a competitive swimmer! I’ve been swimming for a USA club team since I was 8 🏊🏻‍♀️✨ My favorite event is the 100 butterfly!
